Dora Rodriguez | BSLA, ASLA
Project Coordinator

Dora Rodriguez was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico and moved with her family to the United States at the age of 3, spending most of this time in Phoenix. Her Hispanic-American background, along with her love for the arts, nature, the environment, architecture, analysis, research and her cultural influences was a perfect match for the profession of landscape architecture, a career she is more intrigued by the more she contributes to The Green Room's collaborative work. She is a 2020 Arizona State University graduate, completed her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, a minor in Sustainability, and a minor in Design Studies, while graduating Summa Cum Laude. She made the Dean’s List several semesters in a row, as well as received nominations and a winning design in The Design School’s Design Excellence program.

She grew up appreciating the beauty of nature from rainy days to sun filled summer months. Dora draws influence and inspiration from the uniqueness of the Sonoran Desert and applies sustainable practices to all her designs in order to retain the awe and magic nature provides, whilst spreading awareness and appreciation to her clients. She aims to provide spaces that engender a sense of place while simultaneously providing aesthetically pleasing and fulfilling designs.
